Laura // Owner
Hi, I'm Laura.
I'm the owner of Blush and I also run the makeup studio and piercing parlour here in the studios.
I started my career in HR and retrained over 5 years ago to follow my passion for makeup. I'm very proud to have developed my own range of makeup brushes used by celebrity makeup artists and sold nationwide.
When I'm not in the makeup studio, I also work in Blush specialising in bridal hair styling.
Lucy // Artistic Director
My name is Lucy and I’m the manager at Blush.
I have worked in hairdressing for 24 years & have worked in some amazing salons, training to level 3 in both hairdressing and barbering.
I have also done numerous creative and advanced colour and cutting courses over the years, and we aim to do this training within the salon, too.
My main passion is colour. I love creating custom colours for my clients from creative fashion shades to soft, natural balayage.
I am also hoping to delve into trichology over the coming years, as I believe hair and scalp health is vital for achieving beautiful, healthy hair.
My main aim for Blush is to take all the knowledge and experience I've gained, to help create a relaxed, bespoke service for our clients. I'd love for clients to leave feeling confident after a high-quality, warm and friendly experience.
Naomi // Artistic Director
I'm Naomi, I’ve been in the hair industry for 16 years. I’ve been lucky enough to work in some of the best salons around the UK and have a master colour degree and Sassoon training.
I love everything to do with hair from pixie cuts to extensions, shaggy textured looks to creating depth, dimension and vibrancy with colour.
The ever-changing trends in hair and fashion keep me constantly updating my skills and techniques.
I think Blush is the perfect place to call a hair home because they offer everything imaginable to leave you feeling your absolute best.
Kirstie // Creative Stylist
Hi, my name's Kirstie.
I have been qualified for 16 years. I did all my training and worked at Moko in Market Harborough, then continued on to other salons in Leicestershire.
I then had some time off to become a mummy but carried on with mobile hairdressing at the same time.
I now feel like it's time to get back into salon life & am really looking forward to meeting lots of new clients at Blush!
Abbie // Creative Stylist
My name's Abbie, I'm 21 and have been hairdressing since I was 16.
I absolutely love learning new skills and techniques, which are always evolving in the industry.
I've worked at some amazing salons, including Moko, where I did all of my training!
But I'm so excited about a new adventure and meeting lots of new people - I can't wait to be part of the Blush team!
Paula // Creative Stylist
Hi, I'm Paula.
I've been a qualified hairdresser for 17 years, and have also qualified in nano hair extensions.
I have always lived in Market Harborough and worked in numerous salons around the town, including my home salon.
I love my job and making people feel good about themselves. I've loved working for myself but I am really looking forward to working at Blush and being part of a team again.
Jess // Creative Stylist
Hello, I'm Jess.
I'm a Senior Stylist and new to the Blush team.
I have over five years experience and am trained in both women's and men's hairdressing, with a real flair for colour.
I love the connection that social media can bring between clients and the salon.
So I'm really looking forward to combining all our latest cuts, colours, textures and work, with all the latest trends on our Blush socials!
Mia // Graduate Stylist
Hiya, I’m Mia!
I’m in my second year as a trainee, I started in Loughborough and i’m now here at Blush.
I knew I wanted to be in hairdressing since I was younger and I’m so lucky to be training with the Blush team!
I’m really looking forward to learning colour! I have a real passion for this and love watching stylists from start to finish create the look their clients want to achieve, as I feel I can learn so much more.
Most importantly, I want to make sure clients get the best experience here, feel welcomed and leave feeling great about themselves!

I am a first-year trainee at Blush Hair. As a first-year apprentice in the hair industry, I am a budding enthusiast filled with passion and curiosity.
My love for the hair industry is driven by a strong desire to make people feel good about themselves.
I am very eager to learn and grow, I find joy in every opportunity to experiment with different hairstyles, colours and techniques. The thrill of transforming someone's look and boosting their confidence makes me feel good and it’s very rewarding.
My dedication and passion for the beauty industry is that I have a keen eye for detail which sets me apart.
Embracing the challenges of the apprentice journey, I am determined to master the craft and am eager to contribute my unique touch to the world of hairstyling.
My enthusiasm and genuine love for the art make me a promising talent in the vibrant and dynamic hair industry.
